born to be....

a cake extraordinaire?

i have made my first batch of Fondant.

it was SO FUN.

i loved it... i have not used it yet, but it is made.

Cake is cooled, i am just patiently waiting for the butter to assume room temperature so that I can make my first batch of Butter cream icing to ice the cake

is it too soon to quit my job and go back to school to be a baker? and open my own Cake Shoppe?

Note: I need glass mixing bowls.. the plastic ones i have are not going to cut it. Nope. NOT CUTTING IT
